hidglobal.com and https://youtu.be/23km5H4K9Eo As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll support HID's success by: Contribute to the development and execution of a 5-year sales plan (owned by the Head of Sales, Asia Pacific) for issuance of identity credentials, both physical and mobile, in the assigned territories Define and prioritize, in conjunction with the Head of Sales, target opportunities by country and sector, with achievable milestone timings (immediate pursuit, medium term positioning, longer term strategic initiatives, business development).

Deliver the agreed order intake target each year, and to meet and exceed quarterly and annual objectives by acquiring and maintaining targeted sales accounts within assigned countries. Collect information and build up a comprehensive picture of the government and competitive landscape in the assigned countries for all target programs (passport, driving license, national ID, voter registration, social security, heath cards and so on). Recommend HID solutions to customers, lead opportunity development, track bid progress, and conduct negotiations to close business.

Carry out in-depth assessments of opportunities, and strategies to win them, for internal communication and qualification. Drive all internal sales activities including specification writing, prospecting, proposal coordination, contract preparation, negotiations, and closing. Carry out effective account management of both government customers and local/regional intermediaries who may be customers for products and services, implementation partners or agents.

Identify opportunities for HID to move up the value chain in its chosen markets, by providing feedback and suggestions to internal product development and market research teams. Attend regional and global trade shows and conferences, and to participate in these events as speakers, panelists or moderators offering trusted expert and industry opinion. Input and maintain up-to-date opportunity and pipeline information within HID's CRM system and support management with timely forecasts and reports.

Develop business cases and interface with marketing groups, finance, R&D, pre-sales, and management teams to collaborate and finalize opportunity strategies. What we will love about your background: Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineer.
