About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administrator to join our team in Olympic Dam, SA.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, result driven and able to work independently as well as in a team. This role may be offered as a residential role, depending on the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities: General administrative operations; Provide general administrative support to the General Manager; Timesheet entry including; wage spreadsheets for employees and subcontractors, man hours, claim spreadsheets; Mobilization and demobilization support, including onboarding for new staff and subcontractors, site access submission, coordination of flights and accommodation; Stock control and monthly reconciliations Basic document control; Monthly invoicing and cost control Debtors and creditors control; Materials procurement, purchase orders and work orders; Assisting with monthly financial reports; Other general administrative support as required.

Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a similar Administrative role; Prior experience with Pronto advantageous; Experience with MS suite; Strong understanding of the Project lifecycle; Exposure to, and understanding of, the mining and/or construction industry; Current drivers licence; Planning and organisational skills to deliver on time; Communication and interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining client and subcontractor relationships; Why Work at Ahrens We are continually evolving and investing in our people and facilities to achieve satisfying outcomes.
