About the role Stockland Halcyon "Rise" at Logan Reserve and "Green" at Pimpama, are just two of the many development sites of Stockland Halcyon's Land Lease Communities (LLC), across the Sunshine and Gold Coast areas, lifestyle communities for over 50s comprising of detached dwellings, clubhouse, and recreational facilities (including pools, bowling green). Reporting to the Project Director, this role will be split between three days at Rise and two days at Green. You'll thrive in this busy and varied role, providing a range of administrative, coordination and support activity as required, including but not limited to; Create and promote a welcoming and engaging environment for visitors to the project Provide effective support to all project team members to achieve high levels of home buyer and owner delight Work collaboratively with relevant teams to manage Open Day, Discover Tours and Sales event coordination including budget management responsibility Provide any support or assistance to the Project Director as required Assist as required in coordinating and scheduling appointments with the Housing and Community teams and home buyers/owners Preparation of Home Purchase Agreements, variations, disclosure, and legal documentation Manage and reconcile all invoicing, project petty cash, and credit card expenditure Coordinate of Project and Display Home cleaning maintenance prior to any visits by homebuyers or other team members and any coordination and setup of display home furniture Provide any support for CRM data uploading or producing and compiling any reporting for meetings About you A background from the property development, building, real estate, or similar would be highly regarded but we are open to industry, as you will bring with you, experience in a support function including strong administration and customer skills and understand what it is to deliver outstanding service, as well as; Ability to engage and build rapport easily with a diverse range of stakeholders Able to multi-task, manage your time effectively and well organised Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and effective time management skills Motivated to work independently or as part of a team Problem solving skills and the ability to navigate and overcome a broad range of stakeholder demand.
