About The Role This is an exciting time to join our business as we continue along our journey of ongoing expansion, change, and transformation. We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Technical Support Officer - EAC to join our national team based in Oakleigh Melbourne.

Reporting to the National Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Omnichannel customer support, focusing on first contact resolution. In this fast-paced and exciting role, you will assist customers with the Technical Support for EAC product categories including Wireless Locking, Elmech Window, Electronic Keying, Digital Products, Connected Home and Traditional Elmech. You will focus on: Technical web inquiries Ensuring the prompt resolution of customer enquiries Liaison with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes Achieving personal and team KPIs Contributing to continuous improvement Keeping up-to-date on product and process knowledge About You For you to be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent communication skills A "can do" attitude and strong customer focus A highly motivated and an enthusiastic personality Good time management skills A high level of communication, selling and negotiation skills An intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office applications Whist not essential, knowledge of Microsoft D365 CRM and AX An ability to quickly reach an understanding of customers' requirements Ability to upskill and learn the technical/system aspects of the products on offer Why work with us?
