We currently have a vacancy for a Site Services Officer to join our Operations Team. The role is responsible for coordination of activity in the Site Services department per the instructions from the Site Services Supervisor. Reporting to the Site Services Supervisor and Operations Manager, the responsibilities include: Liaising with Site Service Supervisor on a daily basis Processing invoices and quotes, checking against service/delivery docket receipts, receipt and reconcile Obtain quotations from suppliers and enter purchase requisitions Coordinate the PPE store, requests and issuing of PPE Management of company-controlled documentation ensuring updated as required Coordinate internal and external training for employees Liaise with and assist other Operational departments as required Administrative tasks as required The ideal candidate will ideally possess: Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role Great written and verbal communication skills Strong focus in Work, Health and Safety Skills include: Excellent attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Eager to learn and able to follow tasks and directions Knowledge/ experience in 5S / Continuous Improvement processes We are the ASSA ABLOY Group Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
