For 25 years, my client has delivered superior cleaning services to office towers, high-density residential, warehouses, factories, medical facilities, showrooms, retail and government departments. A triple ISO certified business (ISO-9001 Quality, ISO-14001 Environment and ISO-45001 Safety), they are well known and highly respected in the facility management industry.

Your Role Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Development Manager will lead the expansion of the business. You will present to market a highly respected brand with a track record of customer satisfaction and retention and an infrastructure that is scalable and capable of delivering under pressure and to capacity. Duties and Responsibilities: Plan sales strategy and forecast for growth Ensure sales targets are met Uncover opportunities with existing customers and identify new markets Identify barriers to growth and work closely with GM to resolve Prepare quotations and proposals Assist with all aspects of new customer contracts Manage customer expectations and delivery timeframes Produce weekly sales pipeline forecast, and report on sales activity Attend industry conferences and grow networks across the Facility/Building Services Industry To be successful in this role you must have: Minimum 3 years in a similar role Current and extensive contacts to approach for immediate opportunities Experience developing and implementing new business strategy Experience working to and exceeding targets Ability to present solutions that meet customer needs High-level communication and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office.
