We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our team in the Riverina as a Mobile Banker. The Mobile Banker position is an autonomous yet well-supported position.

Job Description Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Identify and develop networking opportunities Demonstrate initiatives in generating new business leads in all areas including lending, insurance, wealth and business banking Undertake quality consultative conversations with new and existing customers to accurately and fully understand their needs Provide tailored lending solutions and exceptional customer service Contribute to the achievement of business growth for the designated area of responsibility Desired Skills and Experience You will possess the following skills and experience: Demonstrated business development experience and networking skills High-level sales skills with an exceptional member focus Previous success in relationship management and identifying new business relationships The ability to carry out needs based conversations Exceptional communication, organisational and time-management skills The ability to make a positive contribution to the local community Previous lending experience is essential As a values-driven and preferred employer, we work for and with our people to grow your career.
