Vendor Replenishment Planner

Represent a market leading FMCG client We are on the hunt for a Vendor Replenishment Planner to manage all aspects of the inventory management process ranging from forecasting, ordering, inventory financials and reconciling baseline and promotional demand plans for our FMCG client. About the Opportunity Our client is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of leading brands in the FMCG market.

As they continue to grow, so does the need for innovative and results driven people. You will have a mindset that is focused on identifying and driving process improvements to ensure service and productivity KPI targets deliver collaborative results, reduce order days, reduce costs, and ensure rostering and order scheduling is optimised. The role suits someone who can juggle conflicting priorities and meet client deadlines while displaying strong stakeholder management skills via providing clear visibility and communication to internal stakeholders, Metcash, and the client partner.

The facilitation of these promotional forecasts across various systems will enable decision making for internal and external stakeholders. The role will see you Working From Home with fortnightly meetings in our client’s office in North Sydney. To be successful in your application you will have: Knowledge of the FMCG market and inventory management systems.

2 years previous experience in demand planning, procurement and supply management or vendor replenishment required A tenacious and adaptable attitude to anticipate both our business and the external stakeholder network needs. Excellent time management and organisation skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities Strong written, communication and presentation skills Enthusiastic and energetic team player who proactively shares knowledge and experience Benefits: Flexibility to WFH A competitive total salary package, $90,000 - $95,000, including superannuation is on offer Autonomous role with comprehensive training and support The chance to work with a Global FMCG leader Great company culture Are you ready for a new challenge?
