Your new role: As the Events, Membership and Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the General Manager of Membership and Engagement.
You will provide key support to our clients members to meet attraction, retention and engagement targets. A great opportunity to utilise your strong administration skills to assist with events and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and members. Membership Support: Coordinating the database including entering and updating contacts as required and coordinating the operational aspects of membership including database maintenance, correspondence, contact details and the like Coordinating the membership process of on-boarding and off-boarding members Coordinating the ‘at risk’ member meetings Event Support & Coordination: Drafting individual event checklists and seeking approval from the General Manager, Membership & Engagement Ensure appropriate planning in delivering the organisations calendar of events Coordinating activities in line with the agreed event checklist including liaising with suppliers Registrations for face-to-face and online events, adding attendees into relevant groups on the organisations database and creating new contacts if required Pre-event, on-site and post event co-ordination Providing final numbers and dietary requirements to venue Being the front face at events at registration desk Provide administrative duties for events including preparing table tents, name badges, setup, and registration at the event Coordinating project Steering Committees and Working Group meetings – preparing agendas Create and maintain new membership or resigning member’s checklists and associated duties What you'll need to succeed: Demonstrated commitment to the organisations core objective of making Perth a better place to live, work, study, invest and visit Outstanding written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to understand and write concisely Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-quality and productive working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Excellent project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to set work-plans to achieve outcomes Computer literacy and knowledge of packages, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoi....
