The Role:Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will take ownership of your own portfolio and manage the day-to-day movement of freight. Your duties and responsibilities will include:- Liaising with the 3PL stakeholders to ensure clients’ needs are met- Working with internal stakeholders including account managers, billing, finance, sales and tech support teams to ensure client satisfaction across all areas of the service- Dealing with customer queries, both inbound and outbound interactions in relation to their day-to-day transport and logistics requirements- Handling customer complaints and lost freight- Daily reporting, as well as analysing the reports and suggesting ways to improve customer experienceTo Be Successful:- You will be a driven and highly motivated individual that places a strong emphasis on service excellence- Previous experience in a similar, customer service focused, sales or account management within a fast-paced environment- A desire for client and personal success- Ability to navigate tech platformsWhat’s in it for you?
