Administration Assistant and Receptionist · An exciting opportunity to work as an Office and Receptionist is available with a well reputed company that never fails to put the customer first and showcase a solution driven attitude· The role is being offered on a temporary basis with full time hours· The office is located close to Parramatta and offering an hourly rate of $32 to $35 pe hour plus Super Role and responsibilities include but are not limited to: · General office administration duties involving email correspondence and data entry.· Managing daily bookings and appointments, mail distribution, as well as ordering stationery. · Reception duties including answering calls, meeting and greeting clients and setting up meeting rooms· Managing invoices and expense reconciliations.
