About the role Reporting to the Wellbeing Technical Program Manager, through the Wellbeing Services Manager - the Lifestyle Coordinator will lead and support the lifestyle team to deliver exceptional wellbeing programs and provide a high quality level of care to our residents. You will plan and implement lifestyle activities, liaising with our clinical staff and resident’s families to deliver meaningful, individualised wellbeing plans and ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction at all times.

This will involve maintaining a written assessment of residents needs, abilities and progress. We have both Part-time and Casual roles available across our Western, Central and Eastern Regions - Head to our website to view our current locations. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver well-balanced lifestyle programs, including group activities and one-on-one support for residents.

Develop and maintain supportive, positive relationships with other care staff, residents and their families Accurate and timely completion of documentation and compliance with privacy & confidentiality policies. Create monthly activity and special events calendars Liaise with clinical staff and resident families to assess, review and support the ongoing evaluation of individual resident lifestyle care plans and assessments. Mentor and lead a team of Lifestyle assistants to support resident engagement, happiness and wellbeing.

Eligibility Requirements Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle Relevant experience leading a team in Aged Care, Community Living or Health Services Experience working in dementia care Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service Proven initiative and the ability to think outside the box when tailoring activities. Thorough understanding of aged care standards and compliance Right to work in Australia Compliance with immunisation requirements for aged care workers, including Covid-19 and influenza Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain Being a member of Team TLC gives you access to an award-winning range of employee benefits, training programs, and exciting opportunities.
