We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join on a 12 month contract. The purpose of this position is to manage the Technology Support team and operations while providing an effective communication conduit between the business and service desk with a focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements High School Certificate Education essential with Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline highly regarded.

5 years of IT desk experience or equivalent Experience in leading a team is highly regarded Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to balance high quality stands with schedule pressures. Ability to stay flexible and solution-oriented.

Strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong technical knowledge of hardware and system configurations Solid Windows and Network/Communications knowledge. Solid problem solving and analytical skills.

Strong customer focus. Operational and in-store experience an advantage. Proven ability to work well in a dynamic, flexible team environment.

Must be a resourceful and proactive self-starter. Experience with Macromatix, Eftpos, NCR Aloha, Point of sales hardware/software and digital signage highly regarded. Benefits What’s in it for you?
