Account Manager, Commercial Banking Part time Opportunity | Flexibility to choose your own schedule You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to customers You are highly motivated and thrive within a team environment Deliver exception customer service in all dealings See Yourself In Our Team: Our Commercial Banking division serves over 10,000 clients in the medium to large business segment across Australia, with complex financial needs between $10m-$50m and turnover between $50m-$150m. Do Work That Matters: The opportunity focuses on supporting the banking requirements of our new and existing clients, liaising and managing stakeholders whilst assisting in tasks required for deal execution by working closely with Relationship Executives and Analysts.
In this role you will have a high level of exposure to client support and will play a key role within the Relationship team. Your passion about customer service and focus on being number one in client satisfaction will see you stand out in this role. You will also gain great exposure to the credit and analytical elements of this team.
More Specifically, You Will: Deliver exceptional customer service in all dealings, as reflected in a positive lift in various survey results by supporting them through their daily banking needs; Be responsible for the on-boarding of new customers including AML/KYC verification and processes; Assist in completing a variety of credit driven tasks including: Working closely with the Relationship Executive and Analyst in preparing credit submissions, client research, coordination of stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of client requirements Annual reviews and managing and documenting applications within agreed arrangements; Coordinate deal execution from documentation to funding including undertaking and reviewing post-approval tasks Play a key role in ensuring accuracy of information on source systems; and Complete complex risk and lending maintenance We want to hear from you if you have: Exceptional customer service and relationship management experience ideally in a corporate, commercial or business banking environment; Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, organisation skills and adaptability The composure and drive to commit to meeting tight transaction deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Initiative and a CAN do attitude, along with the drive to quickly develop new skills; and A degree in a related discipline and previous industry experience The health and safety of our people, customers and communities is our number one priority.
