You are an analytical specialist with a passion to optimise digital performance Our team is committed to providing the best digital experience for our customers Together we map the world class customer journey across our digital platforms Do work that matters As a Digital Conversion Capability Manager, you will drive capability & process improvements to our Conversion Capability and provide support to our internal users. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and reliable operation of Conversion Capability on our CommBank website, NetBank and CommBank App using Adobe Analytics, AEM, and Adobe Target & Audience Manager. You will take drive strategic initiatives to support the delivery of digital projects.

See yourself in our team The Digital Publishing and Operations Team is responsible for the operation, content strategy and editorial voice for CommBank.com.au, NetBank and the CommBank App.

We deliver strategic content initiatives that drive business outcomes, reduce risk and manage compliance to deliver an exceptional digital customer experience for our 5.3m active digital banking customers. On any given week you will Drive effective use of optimisation tools and technologies within Digital including Adobe Analytics, Target and Audience Manager Manage and implement delivery of digital projects and initiatives Coordinating & resolving technical issues with internal and external stakeholders Plan and facilitate relevant training & events to drive enablement of conversion capability Contribute to the development of the digital analytics framework, governance and strategy Coordinate communication of releases, outages and incidents impacting conversion capability We are interested to hear from people who have Hands on experience with Digital Conversion Optimisation platforms e.

g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, AEM and Adobe Target. Data analysis and reporting, experience in able to identify issues and make recommendations Knowledge of personalisation and experimentation principles Experience working on delivering content or digital experiences on websites & Mobile Apps Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex information to a diverse stakeholder group and external vendor A highly organised approach towards problem solving and prioritisation Flexible and adaptable, to a fast-paced changing environment Influential and confident stakeholder communication skills General inclusivity Our teams includes people from all walks of life, with different goals, perspectives, ideas and lived experiences and, all with their own unique mix of identities and beliefs.
