Project Lead - TrackArc Infrastructure

Job Description The Opportunity We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our projects team in the role of Project Lead - Track based near the Perth Airport. The Role In this role, you will be responsible for executing track and civil projects throughout our 5,500km rail network. You will lead a diverse project team including engineering, supervisory and field staff, contractors and be required to manage the expectations of a range of stakeholders and external contractors.
Your key responsibilities and duties will include: Developing projects plans that include definition of deliverables, scope, procurement strategies, risk management, operational readiness and commissioning requirements, co-commitments, schedule and cost estimates Lead assigned multi-disciplined project teams to execute project plans from feasibility study through to commissioning, hand-over and closure Collaborate and build relationships with other internal teams and stakeholders (such as communities, government agencies, utilities, suppliers etc) to ensure project deliverables meet requirements and expectations Ensure all project activities executed to meet HSE, legislative, regulatory and internal Arc requirements Undertake studies to identify, assess and select preferred solutions to meet defined business requirements Work with peers to develop, innovate and improve project management methodologies, procedures and standards About You In order to plan and deliver projects, the Project Lead - Track is required to travel throughout our network.
