Customer Experience and Digital Technology? The purpose of Customer Experience and Digital Technology is to design, build and maintain products, services and experiences that Australian's love and trust, while delivering a sustainable future for Australia Post. The key areas that Customer Experience and Digital Technology is responsible for include Customer Experience, Customer Services, Decipha, Identity and Financial Services, Digital Channels, Data Science, Data Commercialisation, Product Engineering and Platforms, as well as Technology. What does the role involve? The Cyber Defence team comprises of cyber security experts protect Australia Post from cyber-attacks.

The Security Specialist – Vulnerability Management role sits in the Vulnerability Management team, within Cyber Defence. As part of this team, you will: Conduct vulnerability scans, analyse reports, and validate potential findings Work with teams to proactively identify and remediate security flaws and vulnerabilities Support and maintain vulnerability management tooling and integrate with various systems and applications Track and provide metrics and insights on vulnerabilities and remediation What we're looking for. 5 years of relevant working experience including identifying and remediating vulnerabilities and security flaws in large complex environments Detailed knowledge of the cyber threat landscape with an understanding of vulnerability management strategies, processes, and threat modeling Expertise conducting vulnerability scans, analysing reports, and validate potential findings Expertise in leading the analysis of large and complex data sets Expertise in supporting and maintaining vulnerability management tooling and integrating with various systems and applications We believe investing in our people is good business.
