Communications Advisor - Home Claims

Support the implementation of the integrated communications strategy 12-month secondment role Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne Location You will support the implementation of the integrated communications strategy and deliver efficient operational communications to empower and enable our employees to deliver better claim outcomes for our customers. You will stabilise and streamline operational communication, identify opportunities to enhance and improve frontline communications, provide advice to key stakeholder groups, update and manage communication channels and design and deliver a range of communications to engage people and achieve business outcomes. This is a 12-month secondment role.

What you’ll do Responsible for planning, developing, and delivering operational communications and for exploring opportunities of improvement for operational communications targeted towards keeping our frontline team members and people leaders informed Provide communications advice to key internal stakeholders ensuring operational communications are simple, effective, and pushed through the right channels at the right time helping reduce communication clutter and better alignment to Home Claims strategy Manage the compilation and distribution of the internal fortnightly operational employee news, including writing, and editing content, and overseeing the overall design Contribute to Home Claims SharePoint intranet management, content writing, editing, and site maintenance Support the Communications and Engagement Lead to implement internal communications campaigns and engagement and communication activities for Home Claims and Property Tribe (Agile teams) in line with strategic priorities Continue to develop the Home Claims Yammer as an informal channel of communication, scout and position business and people stories, and assist teams with positioning their stories and using this as a channel for sharing good news stories, updates etc What you’ll bring Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business or a related discipline Proven experience in internal communications role in medium or large business Experience in writing and tailoring communication for diverse audiences and ability to write for different channels If this opportunity sounds like the challenge you have been looking for, please apply online today.
