An exciting leadership opportunity exists for a National Property Manager to join Beyond Bank Australia. This position will provide operational leadership and management of all Beyond Bank properties, buildings and infrastructure assets.
The National Property Manager operates with a high level of autonomy and is expected to display significant initiative, sound judgement, exceptional relationship management and reliable leadership and management in carrying out the requirements of the position to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Job Description Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Planning and implementation of cost-effective and quality facility services at all Beyond Bank sites including maintenance, cleaning, security, waste removal, car parking, utilities management, vehicle fleet services and signage Oversight of Beyond Bank capital works projects, new buildings, facility leases and refurbishment projects Senior level interaction and negotiation with key strategic partners and internal stakeholders with a focus on building exceptional relationships Developing policies and procedures to optimise the performance of the Property Department Collaborating with internal stakeholders and delivering quality property and facility related outcomes Desired Skills and Experience You will need: Proven Facilities/Property management experience across multiple sites and geographies Demonstrated experience in the supervision of building works, contractor management, and contract preparation/administration. Project Management knowledge, qualifications and/or experience Working knowledge of building codes and regulations, Australia Standards and WHS legislation High level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders as well as the ability to negotiate effectively and work through issues constructively Demonstrated staff management and leadership experience Beyond Bank are proud to be Australia’s first B Corp bank.
