They are looking for a driven Recruiter to join their team for a 3–6-month contract. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers and HR to attract and obtain top talent, by: Identifying, engaging and onboarding candidates who support the organisation’s needs;Utilising effective sourcing strategies to generate strong talent pools;Providing excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle; andWorking closely with HR to ensure smooth on boarding for new employees.
To be successful in this position, you will be someone who is ambitious, passionate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In addition to this you will have:Previous sales or recruitment experience preferred;Excellent customer service and care;Strong written and verbal skills; andHighly motivated and ambitious.
