THE ROLE:Multiple Oppprtunities exist for Full-Time Customer Care and Sales Consultant to join a well-established team in their head office.Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, your duties will include but are not limited to;Outbound calls to new (warm) and established customer bases and booking in servicesProvide a high level of service to customers and understanding the value and technical aspects of their systemsBuild and retain long term relationships with customersLiaise with internal operations team to ensure timely and accurate service to the customer baseYOU WILL HAVE:As an outbound sales consultant, you will be the face of an iconic household brand.To be successful in this position you will have:Previous sales r customer service experience in a contact centre or customer facing environment.
