Recruitment Consultant

VCID No. 706309 We have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of our values-based, high performing organisation. The role: We are seeking enthusiastic and suitably experienced Recruitment Consultants for roles within Employee Services.

As a member of Workforce and Organisational Development’s Employee Services function, you will work in partnership with customers to deliver a streamlined customer focused, timely and efficient end to end recruitment service. To be successful in the role you will have: Experience in Recruitment, HR or Recruitment Admin. Experience in delivering a responsive, customer focused service in line with organisational values.

Recruitment and appointment advisory experience working with customers in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements. A demonstrated ability to work within teams or independently. This is a rewarding opportunity for energetic and passionate recruitment professionals to contribute to the development of quality health service provision and to deliver a highly responsive customer focused service.

About us: Health Support Services (HSS) is the shared service centre for the WA health system. HSS provides a suite of services to support WA public hospitals and health services and almost 50,000 WA health staff. Our services include: Information, communication and technology services (ICT) Procurement and supply Workforce services including payroll, recruitment and appointment and workforce data Financial services Our four values underpin everything we do at HSS and act as principles that guide the way we work, how we make decisions and the way we behave: Think customer first We promise, we own, we do We will find a way We make a difference together This is an open-ended recruitment pool for permanent full time and fixed term full time appointments with the possibility of extension and/or permanency – applications will be assessed on a regular basis.
