People2people are currently engaged to partner with one of our NSW Government clients to recruit for an experienced Human Resources Consultant/Talent Acquisition Advisor based in their Western Sydney location in an initial 6 month contract with the potential to be extended.The Role:In this role you will be responsible for providing assistance with high volume recruitment where you will work directly with recruitment managers and hiring managers to attract qualified talent and successfully assist throughout the end-to-end process. The role starting ASAP will be working from home until further notice and offers standard office hours, working Monday to Friday paying $400 - $490 per day plus super.
Your responsibilities will include however will not be limited to the following:Responsible for the delivery, design and coordination of all recruitment activities associated with the attraction, sourcing, and assessment of high calibre candidates.Assisting with the interview process and assessment centresInfluencing and managing multiple stakeholders across different divisions Administrative duties, including compliance proceduresAbout You:Must have end to end recruitment experience within a high preforming teamPrevious experience influencing and managing multiple stakeholders across different divisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven time management skillsPrevious experience within the private sector preferred but not essential To be considered for this role, please APPLY NOW or get in contact with cearapeople2people.com.
