Sales Operations delivers the activities and processes that support NEC Sales. The department exists to build on or above target profitable revenue by increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the go to market activity. This is delivered through a functional responsibility for the Sales and Commercial Operations, including but not limited to Inside Sales, Bids Management, Sales Support, Sales Systems and Process, Data and Analysis, and Sales Compensation.

We are now looking for a Display Team Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The primary aim of the Display Team Inside Sales Representative is to proactively engage with external customers (current and potential) to promote NEC's Solutions, maximise growth opportunities within NEC's existing customer accounts, and generate qualified leads to achieve an annual Sales Quota and contribute to the Company's overall Sales performance. Primary Accountabilities - Proactively engage with external customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify opportunities to professionally promote NEC's Solutions - Professionally and competently manage incoming sales enquiries as a first point of contact - Manage specific accounts, partners or channel as required - Support marketing campaigns, direct, Distribution and Channel, and follow-up enquiries and warm leads to build pipeline - Qualify leads - route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Development Manager for further development and closure - Close sales (defined order types) to achieve quarterly quotas - Protect existing business via efficient renewal management and exceptional customer service Experience and skills required - 1 years direct B2B sales, sales support or customer service experience, ideally gained in an IT, Telecommunications, Audio Visual or similar industry.

- Highly motivated and driven, with a track record of outstanding performance and meeting KPIs. - Accustomed to working in a high volume, fast-paced environment, able to multi-task and prioritise effectively - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - confident and professional phone manner, ability to build rapport quickly, strong listening and comprehension, professional written communication - Proficient with web presentation tools.
