About the role We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the ATO Account based in Canberra on a permanent full-time basis, as a member of this team there is a rostered on-call requirement to assist with after-hours activities.

The Customer Service Coordinator works with the Manager- Service Operations and the Service operations team to undertake the day-to-day deliverables required to support the service through to our customers within their agreed SLA. This involves organising 'day to day' deliverables of queue monitoring, inventory coordination, invoice payments, hardware, and software MACs (Moves, Adds and Changes); as well as coordinating standard/minor customer projects through to completion. You will have: - A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer services within a large corporate Information Communication Technology (ICT) environment - High levels of verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to a diverse audience (e.

g., Technical staff & Management) - Solutions approach when dealing with difficult customer situations - Microsoft Office skills e.g.

, Outlook, Word, and Excel - Good time management skills and attention to detail - ability to manage and priorities workload in order to meet deadlines - Ability to effectively contribute to a team environment and work autonomously when required - Australian Citizenship with the ability to gain and maitain a Security Clearance.
