In this role you will help our Corporate customers to achieve their business priorities and add long term value, leveraging Microsoft's Dynamics 365 Cloud Platform. You will be working & coordinating with internal sales and marketing teams as well as partners to achieve these outcomes. Responsibilities The purpose of this role - Lead customer conversations to unlock opportunities through challenger based questioning. - Effectively turn prospects and qualified Account Based Marketing leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.g.
BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline) - Identify and explain how businesses across industries, company sizes and types can meet a new bar for excellence and reinvent themselves to compete in the next decade by embracing Microsoft's technologies - Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences - Work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic teaming environment with Account Executives, Technical Specialists, Solution Specialists and Partners to effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle - Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, engage and influence Microsoft customers - Present action plans and results to management and use appropriate escalation techniques to stay on top of goals and objectives - Obsess over Microsoft's customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience - Remove roadblocks to deployment and drive customer satisfaction Qualifications What skills do you need to have? - 3 years' experience selling cloud services to large/global enterprise and corporate customers with experience in immersive and inclusive learning experiences - Effective time management: planning, opportunity qualification and crea....
