We are currently seeking a Network Monetization Analyst (Demand and Product) who will focus on understanding the search advertising ecosystem for the APAC and Latin America marketplaces. Specifically why shifts in supply and demand create movement in the marketplace and how to influence monetization optimization and improvements.
In this role you will dive into data and gain an understanding of levers that drive performance. You will take a consultative approach, testing hypothesis and applying frameworks to generate data driven answers to complex business questions. Equally important is your ability to communicate across a varied range of partners.
This will require a strong understanding of Microsoft Advertising system and processes and an ability to work and leverage resources across the organization. In this role you will interact with engineering, marketing, sales and other partners in global teams to ensure the right investments are made in our products and business strategies. The successful candidate will be empowered to drive strategic discussions and execute - leading, collaborating, and influencing as needed.

Responsibilities · Lead a weekly demand review to understand key changes within our advertiser base across our top APAC and LATAM marketplaces, with a focus on industry vertical trends and the impact on monetization. Drive course correction measures with Sales partners as appropriate.
· Lead analytical approaches to understand how our customers are adopting and benefiting from the adoption of our vast range of ad features. Identify areas of adoption best practice and partner with Product Marketing to drive awareness. · Provide analytical support for new business/product categories.
· Conduct exploratory analytics to investigate thematic areas of advertiser feedback, building business cases for necessary product investments where appropriate. · Serve as the key partner to Business Management, Finance, Engineering and field teams on demand performance in the APAC and LATAM regions. · Lead project work streams with limited oversight.
