At McGraw Hill, the Sales Coordinator will facilitate the team's activities so as to maximize their sales/business development performance and to reach the revenue goals of the Higher Education business stream. The ideal candidate will be looking to pursue a career in Sales and will support the McGraw Hill Sales team and customers. How can you make an impact? The Sales Coordinator will support the Higher Education Sales team in all channels throughout Australia and New Zealand and will ensure our market receives excellent customer service in the appropriate manner to generate and increase revenue in all regions.

The Sales Coordinator will collaborate with the Marketing Team, Customer Service, Inventory and other internal stakeholders as needed to achieve business goals. What can you expect from this position? • Assist the 5- 6 Education Consultants with processing, qualifying, and closing sales leads • Provide excellent support to the Education Consultants by assisting customers and keeping them abreast of product information and communicating any disruptions to goods and services • Liaise with customers both over the phone as well as online, building excellent relationships & maximising every opportunity • Alongside the Education Consultants, the Sales Coordinator will assist in managing and developing the ANZ territory of specific customers and accounts which includes daily sales calls activity, for print and digital products • Support the Education Consultants in maximizing sales of McGraw Hill's products and services in the Higher Education market in ANZ • Liaise with key stakeholders within the Higher Education market to identify new business opportunities and grow McGraw Hill's market share by developing relationships, networking and fact finding to drive the achievement of targets and objectives • Facilitate resolution of technical problems alongside The Digital Learning Consultant • Complete digital account creation, samples copies, access to instructor resources and other pertinent customer requests • Cold calling, lead generation, research and coordinating/scheduling of product demonstrations through Salesforce • Maintaining clean and up to date customer and product data in Salesforce • Heavy use of administrative tasks to support customer pilot programs We're looking for someone with • Bachelor Degree, university degree or equivalent • 2 years of overall sales support experience preferred • Knowledge in Sales Cycle tools such as SFDC is an added plus • Understandng of Solution-Selling and desire to further develop in this area • Ability to build relationships with key decision makers such as academics and other institutional staff in relation to the use of digital learning technology within their organization As an education innovation company, we're proud to play our part by inspiri.
