As a Territory Manager, you will be passionate about sales and achieving great results in expanding and developing the Medtronic market share across a broad range of therapies. A Day in the Life - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional image for Medtronic in the marketplace - Provide regular, meaningful and concise reports to the National Sales Manager - Support theatre cases and provide training and education effectively to all clinical end users and hospital staff on our products products updates, trial and in-services.
- Gather market intelligence by observation, discussion or research. - Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key customers. - Ensure the highest level of product and technical knowledge is attained and maintained - Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the companys products - Actively seek to develop and expand on territory management and selling skills - Work individually and as part of the wider team to establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders - Ensure timely follow-up and prompt resolution to customer/patient technical and product issues, including after-hours support when needed - Attend conferences and trade displays as required Must Haves - Mandatory- Degree qualification - Several jurisdictions across Australia have established mandatory requirements for healthcare workers and others working in health care settings to be vaccinated with at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.
