Your Day to Day As an Account Executive you focus will be working on building new business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities across existing ANZ customers and prospects in the SMB and Mid Market space (companies < 1000 seats).

You will work in close alignment with the Channel and Business Development teams on both inbound and outbound prospecting campaigns that cover our Remote IT Support portfolio of solutions (such as Rescue, GoToAssist and GoToResolve). Responsibilities Include : - Delivering revenue through regular account reviews with existing customers and outbound prospecting for new logos in line with product targets - Retaining customers through a customer centric approach, managing renewals and forecasting whilst working cross-functionally to ensure exceptional customer experience - Respond to sales enquiries through various channels in a timely manner - Find new business prospects by using LinkedIn, Tech Target, cold calling, reviewing unassigned customer accounts and other lead gen strategies and tools - Competently manage big strategic deals with many moving parts, along with run rate and smaller deals - Conduct demonstrations and presentations to build value (supported by Solutions Consultants where necessary) - Develop and maintain sales pipeline and follow up with contacts / uncovered sales opportunities regularly - Build relationships with key internal stakeholders, including our direct and indirect sales teams, Channel, BDR's, Customer Success and Solutions Consulting - Provide an accurate forecast and document activity accurately in Salesforce - Work collaboratively with our channel partners to receive, plan and execute outbound campaigns.
