• Newly created Digital role creating Mars Wrigley's new dCommerce strategy • Work with Grocery retailers on driving our brand presence on their platforms • Lots of flexibility, home of M&M's, Snickers, Maltesers, Extra and Eclipse As the world of the online shopper evolves, Mars Wrigley (MW) has created a new Digital Strategy Manager role to help build and grow the online presence of all our fantastic brands on customer platforms, which will be critical to Mars leading the way in the dCommerce environment to unlock future growth for Mars and its customers. In this complex yet influential role, you will use your vision and initiative to work with multiple internal stakeholders and external customers to create short and long-term Digital retailer strategies. These will include dCommerce, trade content & customer prioritization, and you will partner the online teams within your broad customer base to execute our best-in-class Digital shelf and activation programs.
What would be your key responsibilities? • Create and drive MW's dCommerce Strategy, providing strategic and operational day-to-day leadership of the Digital customers • Leverage insights to influence and execute customers specific solutions e.g. assortment, pricing and promotions • Manage all aspects of the Perfect Digital Store (incl.
Trade Content & Global reporting feed) • Engage cross functionally with our Sales, Marketing, Category and Finance teams to form an opinion of what our business needs What are we looking for? • Extensive digital experience in a Digital, eComm/dComm or Marketing role, ideally with consumer goods exposure • Proven success in developing creative dCommerce strategies with an ability to operate at a strategic and executional level • High level planning skills with an ability to manage a variety of stakeholders of all levels of seniority • An ability to influence and drive the dCommerce business agenda with cross functional teams This dynamic role might suit a strategic digital expert who thrives on partnering key stakeholders to drive the dCommerce agenda and be energised by working in an emerging space with flexibility to create innovative and consumer focused strategies.
