Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

The role: GoTo is seeking a full-cycle Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join an already high-performing global Talent Acquisition team. This is a fixed term contract to fill in for a year long maternity leave. In this role you will receive broad exposure to all facets of growing a world-class organisation.

Working closely with TA leadership, as well as stakeholders of all levels, you will play a key role in growing the exceptional GoTo-Market teams at GoTo across the APAC region. It is an end to end role from sourcing right through to on-boarding, alongside driving employer branding activities and managing a TA Co-ordinator. You would wear many hats Your day to day: - Manage and own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, predominately within sales, marketing and customer success - Partner with local Hiring Stakeholders to scope talent descriptions, source and identify qualified candidates, screen and support the interview & feedback process, complete the full offer and hiring process in a timely manner - Continue to keep in touch with talent pools after they start to ensure engagement across the organization, foster referrals and build your network - Ensure accuracy of systems and adhering to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations hiring processes - Utilize various recruitment tools, events and networking channels to proactively drive talent into the pipeline - Serve as an ambassador of the GoTo brand, locally and beyond, as part of a broader Talent Acquisition strategy - Work with HR, Compensation, Finance, Senior Leadership on a weekly basis to ensure hiring efforts are on track with the hiring forecast - Support local team with TA program training as needed- Interview Training, Employee Referral Program Participation.

What we're looking for: - 5 years of corporate and/or staffing agency recruitment experience - Extreme attention to detail and completion of processes - Superior verbal and written communication skills - Sense of urgency and ability to work (thrive) in a fast-paced environment - Proven ability to collaborate with team members to proactively drive process improvement - Experience working with an ATS, ours is Workday - Innate ability to select high calibre talent, working to ensure candidates are a true match to GoTo You'll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team greater than the sum of its parts.
