Job Description The UI/UX Engineer roles will assist in the development of an industry best-practice web user experience to enable complex software and hardware testing of Trenchant products. In this role, you will develop a web front-end for unit and integration testing, which will be used by internal product developers and potentially external customers to facilitate the automated deployment of complex, multi-device, unit and integration test environments.
Responsibilities - Develop and maintain a web frontend enabling complex software and hardware testing - Collaborate with development teams to ensure product meets their diverse needs - Collaborate with analysts and designers in the development and initiation of new software programs and applications - Oversee the quality assurance program logic, data processing, and error resolutionStrategy and planning Skills and Experience - 5 years of industry experience Languages/Frameworks - Javascript/Typescript - NodeJS, NextJS - React Core - Python - FastAPI - Django - Flask - SQLalchemy Databases - Postgresql Web Frameworks - HTML5 - CSS and generation frameworks - Responsive grid and design systems - VMware Clarity/Twitter Bootstrap General Skills - Version control with Git in a team environment - Gitlab CI experience a plus - Graphics design - UX principles - DevOps principles Character Attributes - Team player - Ability to work in fast-paced environment - Excited about embracing the latest technology - Self-motivated to continuously improve work - Customer communication skills Security Requirements Candidates may be required to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance as a condition of their employment. Candidates will only be considered for a position at L3Harris Technologies if they are eligible to hold a security clearance. Candidates must be an Australian citizen and have a checkable background of at least 10 years to meet these requirements.
