Your Role and Responsibilities A Financial Analyst within the Quote to Cash (Q2C) organization is a key success factor in supporting Infrastructure Services Accounts, providing organized and critical technical financial guidance, forecasting support, and financial analysis and counseling support to Account Leadership Teams for multiple complex and global Accounts. Account Leadership depends on this level of financial technical knowledge to help them make key business decisions for their Accounts and to support pricing to cover Operational costs. In addition, this Financial Analyst will support peers, act as a financial process subject matter expert, coordinating with the Financial Analyst Lead, and be an active team member within the Q2C squads.
The Q2C Contract Financial Analyst is integral to Q2C's end-to-end process support model. Specifically, they will operate as a trusted business advisor providing business insight and influencing strategy. Your finance responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, resource allocation, tracking and reporting key financial metrics, portfolio analysis, data modeling and developing new tools.
The analyst is responsible for: - analysis of the Kyndryl forecast, budget, actuals, and business dynamics - interacting with the business units and geographies on the forecast, actuals, budget and business metrics - development of forecast and budget variance analysis and provides business assessments on an on going basis - designs, prepares, and presents detailed analysis of business issues and recommended solutions to senior management. The employee leads technical support or the business processes. - Provides analysis and interpretation of financial and business data, ultimately resulting in independently developed assessments and recommendations.
Understands and anticipates the relationships among plan, budget, or estimate assumptions and data points. Assignments can often require the development of nonstandard, creative formats and analysis. - Identify problems and performance exposures, providing in-depth yet concise analysis of cause and alternative solution approaches.
