Senior Inventory Manager


Title: Senior Inventory Manager The Company Kellogg Brown and Root (KBR) is a leading Defence and Government professional services provider. KBR Australia has been engaged in working with Defence and Defence Industry for over 20 years and has core competencies in program and project management, engineering, asset management, integrated logistics support, procurement and training solutions, and provides in-depth expertise to a wide range of projects within the Defence sector. The Role KBR's Aerospace Team is currently seeking an Experienced Senior Inventory or ILS Manager to assist our customer in the establishment of effective logistics support across a high profile AIR project based in Canberra.

The role will be responsible for the review and consolidation of information across a range of project deliverables and will include the development of a Support Plan as part of the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) which will form the basis of a transition arrangement between the Project Office and the SPO. Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge - Experienced Inventory Controls or ILS practitioner with strong knowledge of MILIS; - Demonstrated experience in Integrated Logistics Support (Acquisition or Sustainment); - Demonstrated experience in a Defence Environment (Aviation preferred); - General familiarity with aircraft systems (highly desirable); - Demonstrated experience in the current Capability Life Cycle (advantageous) - Awareness of Defence Procurement Practices (ASDEFCON Suite knowledge advantageous) - Knowledge of Defence Writing standards (desirable); and - Knowledge of internal Defence processes (desirable). ? The role requires an NV1 security clearance (minimum, NV2 preferred) and is located at Brindabella Business Park, Canberra Airport.
