National Customer On-boarding & Continuous Improvement Specialist

This exciting opportunity will see you be the vital link between Sales and Customer Service to ensure the best possible service is provided to our diverse customers. Your Role Based in Melbourne, we are looking for an experienced and customer focused individual to implement new business and lead continuous improvement projects to increase profitability and achieve greater customer satisfaction. This exciting opportunity will see you be the vital link between Sales and Customer Service to ensure the best possible service is provided to our diverse customers.

Your Responsibilities - Ensure smooth implementation of new customers - Streamline the implementation and resources process for customers - Project management of SOPs, project plans and reports - Work closely with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities Your Skills and Experiences - - Qualifications in Supply Chain / Logistics - Prior experience in manufacturing, transport and/or logistics - Experience in continuous improvement methods - Highly organised - Very strong communicator Good Reasons to Join We offer flexible working arrangements to our employees.
