? The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of maritime projects. The position is an integral part of both the local project leadership team and the broader national Maritime team who deliver key projects within Western Australia and interstate. A key component of this role is the identification and capture of business opportunities including bid preparation and customer liaison and negotiation.
The Project Manager will be expected to deliver on three core areas - Project Management & Design Management - Business Development and Client Relationship Management - Proposal leadership/ Bid Delivery Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: - Plan, organise, coordinate and control engineering projects in accordance with KBR's established policies, procedures and requirements - Undertake day to day contact and communication with the client and focus on providing client satisfaction - Serve as a proposal manager for projects - Identify market opportunities - Work with counterparts on cross-business unit opportunities - Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team delivering building and other infrastructure design outcomes (both internal KBR disciplines as well as external sub-consultant partners) - Form and nurture relationships within the market to support development of new and ongoing repeat work for the business - Develop win strategies and proposal methodologies that support winning new business - Position the business for new project pursuits and delivers successful bids of varying sizes and complexities Who you are you This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team of professionals in a growing Maritime environment.
