You'll utilize your experience in our products to develop a complete solution - presenting proposals to prospects through engaging demonstrations or other visual media either face to face or delivered via the web, along with detailed written descriptions of our product features. Success in this role will be highly visible in our successful sales-led organisation.
In this role you will be responsible for: • Understanding prospects and customers' needs from a WFM perspective and being able to present solutions and articulate the key benefits of the software to their business. • Configure the applications to illustrate how the product solves specific business issues. • Build proof-of-concept configurations to address detailed, prospect supplied, demo scripts.
• Help the sales team to close new business opportunities across their enterprise clients/prospects. • Help with RFPs / RFQs • Communicate with both business and technical decision-makers • Share best practices and known solutions with colleagues to enhance the quality and efficiency of other team members. • Being a subject matter expert in their solutions and all things WFM through constant training and development that will be provided.
Qualifications To be successful in the role you will bring: • Experience in presenting and demonstrating solutions to organisations • Prior experience with workforce management (WFM), rostering and time/attendance software • Proven pre-sales skills: excellent communication skills in speaking to relevant value in a way that's compelling and memorable. • Ability to establish credibility with executives, business decision-makers, and technical influencers • Self-starter; ability to effectively complete tasks and projects with minimal supervision • An understanding of the consultative sales cycle and sales techniques, an understanding of general consulting processes well as strong presentation skills LI-MS1 Company Overview Here at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
