Senior Training Analyst


Title: Senior Training Analyst The Company Kellogg Brown and Root Pty Ltd (KBR) is a leading professional services organization trusted to deliver specialized engineering, scientific, and technical services for many of the world's largest and most critical Government and Defence programs. The Role Kellogg Brown and Root Pty Ltd (KBR) is currently seeking applications from experienced and enthusiastic individuals looking to further their career in training development.

The Senior Training Analyst role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis based in Canterbury Victoria. As a member of KBR's Modelling, Simulation and Training business unit, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team in the analysis, design and development of a range of training products. This is a challenging role, which will require you to be an autonomous, high-performing self-starter, who offers well established training development experience and skills.

Responsibilities include: - Conduct complex Performance (or Training) Needs Analysis IAW SADL framework and produce appropriate reports - Design and develop Learning Management Packages sections 1-5 post acceptance of PNAR - Consult with key stakeholders and utilise subject matter expertise to produce results - Design and develop a range of training products including facilitator guides, eLearning packages and performance support materials - Plan and execute the design and/or development of complete learning packages across multiple delivery methods (eLearning, instructor led etc.), in accordance with project and customer requirements - Manage content/document review cycles with stakeholders and subject matter experts - Participate in quality assurance reviews of training deliverables - Take a proactive approach to risk identification and issue resolution - Produce materials within timeframes aligned with the project schedules - Coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops with clients and subject matter experts Experience and Qualifications required: To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess: - Five or more years' experience in conducting SADL compliant PNAs and producing relevant reports - Five or more years' experience in designing, developing and/or delivering training - A working knowledge of the SADL processes and procedures, and its application in the context of capability development within the Australian Defence environment - Military experience (Army) is desirable but not essential - Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to produce high quality work that adheres to Style Guide requirements, withi.
