Customer Experience Manager (Australia)Demand Science Team Philippines, Inc.
Position Summary : The Customer Experience Manager is responsible as a point of contact for clients throughout the Demand Science experience. This position maintains contact with clients and oversees their campaign progression to ensure goals are being met. Essential Job Functions "What You'll Do" : - Analyze all client programs prior to launch for clear goals and objectives by other key Demand Science teams.
- Ensure proactive touches with clients are happening at various stages including client calls on a weekly or bi-weekly cadence - Daily monitoring of assigned client programs to ensure they are running according to plan. - Execute efficient launch of Demand Science campaigns and monitor progression daily to ensure completion by target end date - Work hand-in-hand cross functionally with other Demand Science teams. - Proactively focus on ways of improving client relationships.
- Partner with Sales in developing account strategies. - Serve as main point of contact for new and existing clients. Essential Qualifications "What You'll Need": - 3 years of Client Service or Account Management experience - Accountability: Accepting responsibility that results in anticipation/prevention of problem areas from actions within & outside the department/organization.
- Customer Focus: Knowing the internal & external customer business needs & acting accordingly; anticipating customer needs & giving high priority to customer satisfaction & customer service. - Financial Awareness: Actively seeking opportunities to optimize financial costs & investments when making decisions that have a financial implication. - Innovation Orientation: Committing to create & search for new & innovative approaches to activities that enhance performance.
