Chandler Macleod is working with a leading organisation who currently have an exciting permanent employment opportunity for a Manager of Program & Technology in Tamworth. The primary functions of the Program Technology Manager will include:  Lead the development and design of a Technology Roadmap aligned to the Client's visions for the future to achieve outcomes and internal innovation goals including transition to Saas  Lead, coach and empower organisational teams to deliver value for the business and customers through complex technical projects and diverse products  Build strong partnerships between multiple technology teams and business stakeholders to understand user and customer requirements and organise delivery in stages for high quality and scalable implementation  Drive the definition of project scope, objectives and processes involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility  Govern and manage program progress against schedules and adapt work as required to enable projects to be delivered on time, within scope and budget  Provide ongoing program reporting that aligns to core strategies and business outcomes  Support and contribute to the ongoing advancement and implementation of governance and audit activities; through reporting and maintenance of day to day operations including Asset Management, Policy, Security and Risk and Compliance processes The personal characteristics, experience and qualifications that the successful candidate will require to excel in the role are:  Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management or similar or equivalent experience  Current drivers licence  Agile Certification - Scrum master or ACP (Desirable)  Tech One ERP solution experience (Desirable)  Project Management Certification PMP or Prince 2 (Desirable)  Certification showing expertise in audit and governance e.g.

ITIL (Desirable)  Demonstrated capability, typically 7-10 years, in the following areas: Working effectively and autonomously in an environment with shifting prioirites and conditions Knowledge and experience delivering business systems solutions via technology Develop and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle including project plans, risk register, schedules, communications plan, test plan and change plans as appropriate Outstanding data literacy skills - numerical, analytical and technical with exceptional attention to detail, complimenting strong written and presentation skills to effectively communicate results Experience in process analysis, requirement gathering and data analysis including KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics and identification of trends Well-developed understanding of governance processes including asset lifecycle, risk and control frameworks Demonstrated ability to cope effectively with complexity and change, while maintaining focus on priorities Advanced Microsoft Office skills Experience in leading a direct a.
