The Opportunity Come and discover the opportunity to join our Supply Chain Team in our BlueScope Building Components business as a Project Management Co-ordinator.

BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys. In this 2 year fixed term contract role you will join an established project team and support the delivery of an exciting new IT project to fruition. As we continue to partner with our customers ensuring our products and solutions support their needs now and into the future, we are creating an exciting new system which will enable us to better service our customers.

What Will You Do? As the central point of co-ordination for this major project, you will: · actively manage the project schedule to ensure timelines are achieved · manage and coordinate project budgets tracking spend, authorisations and invoicing · document and follow up on actions and decisions from stakeholder meetings · monitor project status and collate reports More About You With your experience working in a project support role, that can be from any industry, you will: be highly organised with a keen eye for detail be a confident communicator, able to influence outcomes at different levels across the business have the ability to foster effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders be able to prioritise and manage your workload supporting cross functional teams have exposure to the full MS Office suite including MS Project The BlueScope Difference A career at BlueScope provides the opportunity to make a difference – to you, to your team, to our customers, to transforming products, processes and brands, and to an organisation intent on shaping a better built environment for all our communities.
