Your opportunity: As a member of a multidisciplinary team, deliver high quality social work services to residents of the Community Care Unit, mental health extended care recovery, Bundaberg Hospital and to their families and carers to optimize psychosocial outcomes, and to achieve maximum benefits from health care services. Covid 19 Vaccination: It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to have received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccination prior to the 30th September 2021 and a second dose by 31st October 2021 to enter, work in or provide a service in any Wide Bay facility.
Proof of vaccination will be required prior to commencement. Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough). From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB).
