About the Role As our Network Change Program Advisor, you will work within our Customer and Operational Integration team and be responsible for working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to support the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority network change program management activities. Reporting to our Customer and Travel Behaviour Manager you will develop processes and management tools while undertaking significant internal engagement and document development to support our network and customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Analyse technical documents and undertake engagement at working groups to identify network and customer changes and detail the scale of impacts.
Develop briefing notes and executive level presentations. Develop strategies and administrate gateway assurance processes for management of network changes. Support and participate operational readiness activities for changes caused by Cross River Rail activities.
Manage rail third party operator engagement in regard to Cross River Rail track possessions and network disruptions. Engage internally and externally to influence planning and operations to support positive network and customer outcomes. Work collaboratively with QR and contractors to ensure key outcomes are achieved.
Report progress and manage issues and risks on network changes, escalating with solutions and mitigation measures. Work in an adaptive environment including supporting Operational Readiness, Customer and Network Operations deliverables. About You You will need to have strong attention to detail, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills as you will be driving delivery and operational outcomes.
You have experience in network change / operational readiness activities from working on major transport projects where you have demonstrated ability to utilise processes and governance to drive project deliverables. With your strong written and verbal communication skills you will be clear and concise in your correspondence and model an open communication style and actively and attentively listen to others. With the ability to build rapport quickly you will confidently drive collaboration, and understand audiences and adapt your style accordingly.
You will be highly capable of presenting technical information in a consumable format to drive decisions and will have the ability to proactively analyse situations, identify and implement practical and innovative strategic solutions.
