Human Resource Advisor (HR Governance & Policy)Queensland Government
Accountabilities include: - Contribute to the development and review of policies and procedures within the TMR HR Policy Framework to support the efficient, effective and responsible management of human resources across the department. - Undertake project work which supports continuous improvement including the development of a project and communications plan and associated tasks of research, co-ordination and management of the project such as the departments Human Resource Management Delegations. - Develop, maintain and foster strong relationships and partnerships with internal clients and external stakeholders and providers.
- Provide advice, support and assistance to managers and employees on human resources policy matters. - Prepare a range of correspondence on key human resource and employment relations matters. - Actively participate as a high performing team member and contribute to a positive culture and cohesive team environment.
- Work collaboratively with, and provide support to the AO6 Senior HR Advisor. This role reports to the Manager, HR Governance & Policy. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
