The Opportunity This role will be dedicated to one of their Shopping Centres based in the Western Suburbs. The role itself will require very strong financial skills for this client. Your key focus in this role will be: Budgeting Building strong relationships with stakeholders & the local community- gaining insight into their unique business needs and deliver accordingly Managing relationships with retailers Managing debtors Identifying opportunities for cost savings Community engagement The Ideal Candidate Experience working in a shopping centre, ideally in a centre management function Ability to build strong relationships with retailers Strong knowledge of the principles of retail management Excellent financial acumen A commitment to customer service A passion for continuous improvement The Benefits Work with a very stable and engaging private owner Immediate start date Temp to Perm opportuntiy Attractive hourly rate No lock-in contracts, try before you buy Have autonomy to run the centre Flexibility in the workplace How to Apply Please call Georgia Barton on 0426 825 564 for more information or email your CV to gbartongoughrecruitment.
