A part time, 8 month maternity leave contract position now exists for an experienced Community Coordinator.
Your role will be to assist with the implementation and ongoing support to elderly people living at home. It’s all about the client, and you’ll work closely with our Program Assistants and Support Workers, to ensure we are meeting their needs in a way they would like. You will also hold a National Police Check or be willing to obtain one before commencing employment.
