Your New Role With a customer relations focus, you will primarily service the internal and external end to end workflow of our land development & NSW home building jobs, from post contract signing through to expiration of the Statutory Warranty period. Your duties will include, but not be limited to: Provide the link between sales, marketing, drafting, construction, finance, maintenance and the customer.

Proactively manage comprehensive, regular and timely communications with customers relating to job progress and delivery (pre and post construction site start), in line with sales transaction and contract documentation. Liaise with lending authorities and customers' legal representation, Maintain up to date job and customer records within the construction and customer relations IT platforms (currently Click Home and Property Base). Co-ordinate and conduct necessary on-site housing inspections, including customer home handover presentations.

Preparation of necessary departmental reports for management review. Manage documentation and invoice processing. You will require the following skills/ experiences: 3 years’ experience in a pre-construction and post-construction customer service role within the Residential Building or Development industry.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with strong ability to build rapport. Understanding of House and Land processes and procedures. Ability to accurately manage contracts with a well-developed knowledge of Contract Management practices and processes.

Previous experience with CRM systems (Salesforce and Clickhome are desirable) Excellent report presentation, literacy and business writing skills. Self-motivated with a proactive 'can-do' attitude Drivers Licence Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency How to Apply: Click .
