360 Senior Recruitment Consultant position with a focus on new business development. Additional new business focus for the Above & Beyond side of the business, to maximise opportunities with clients who require broader workforce solutions. Apply strong and effective negotiation skills to maximise outcomes and create new opportunities.

Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance on business development and KPI management on sales and marketing to relevant team members Work with the Director in setting targets and implementing strategies to ensure these are achieved. Complete timely reporting and maintain data integrity in line with company standards.
