Insurance company in the Bundall area looking to hire and train a enthusiastic Trainee Administration Officer We have a client that is a Life Insurance company located in the Bundall area. The client has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Trainee Administration Officer to join their team. For the right candidate, it may provide you with a career path to gradually transition towards becoming an associate financial planner.
You will be required to provide administrative and para-planning support to a highly experienced financial adviser located in central Gold Coast. Your eagerness to learn about back-office processes as well as financial planning is an important element in this role. Thus, you will need to possess a hands-on and can-do attitude.
Key Duties: Day-to-day administrative tasks. Research and prepare a compliant Statement of Advice on behalf of the principal. Use Advisor Logic and other industry software (which you will receive training on).
To follow up on client email’s and implement key tasks or requests. The successful candidate will possess: Excellent attention to detail. Australian Financial adviser technical knowledge A good communicator and excellent oral and written Australian English communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team. Be pro-active, willingness to learn and take on new tasks. Ability to think outside the square.
